RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The returned goods/products must be attached together with its original receipt and the goods/products shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labelling shall also be in original state as per original shipping container received. If the goods/products has been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Eware Online Trading Sdn Bhd. will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics.
